Thank you for shopping with us!
We would like you to have the best experience and be satisfield with us everytime. That’s why we are happy to offer you the option to return your items within 14 days after you receive them and get a full refund or exchange it for another product if the previous one is damaged.
If you would like to return or exchange the product please send us an email to:
Hellobabymine.online@gmail.com and tell us the order number and the product that you want to return. We will then provide shipping address for your returned items.
All Pre-order items are not available for return unless we mixup items in your order!
For returned items, you may be asked to pay a restocking fee.
Any returned items must be unworn, in it’s original condition and all tags need to be intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved,then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,withing a certain amount of days.
To return your products for refund YOU will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
